Connectors
Connectors give your agent built-in tools that work with the apps you already use: book a meeting, look up a caller in your CRM, open a support ticket, send a WhatsApp message. Connect an app once under Settings → Connectors, then switch its tools on per agent on the agent's Tools tab.
| App | Category | Sign-in | Tools the agent gets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Calendar | OAuth | check_calendar_availability, list_calendar_events, create_calendar_event, update_calendar_event, delete_calendar_event |
| Outlook / Microsoft 365 | Calendar | OAuth | Same as Google Calendar |
| HubSpot | CRM | OAuth | lookup_customer |
| Zoho CRM | CRM | OAuth (India data centre) | lookup_customer |
| LeadSquared | CRM | Access key and secret key, with your account's region host | lookup_customer |
| Freshdesk | Ticketing | API key | lookup_ticket, create_ticket |
| Messaging | Connect through Meta | send_whatsapp_message, send_asset | |
| Telegram | Messaging | Bot token | send_telegram_message, send_asset |
Test & Save checks Freshdesk and LeadSquared credentials against the real service before saving, so a wrong key fails in Settings instead of mid-call.
What the tools do on a call
- Calendar: the agent checks free slots, books, moves or cancels an event, and reads the time back to the caller.
- CRM lookup: when the caller asks about their account, gives an identifier, or the request needs CRM context, the agent finds their record by phone, email or CRM id. It doesn't look people up at the start of every call.
- Tickets: the agent reads back an existing ticket's status in words, or raises a new ticket and tells the caller its number. It raises at most one ticket per call unless you change
max_per_callin the tool's settings. - Messaging: the agent sends the caller a message or a file, such as a brochure or a booking confirmation.
- Callbacks: not a connector. Scheduled callbacks let the agent book a call back and place it itself, and need only a phone number in your workspace.
Your own API
For anything without a connector, add an API tool: the agent calls your HTTPS endpoint mid-call. That covers Slack, Teams, Zapier, n8n and custom APIs.
